2nd International Conference on Big Data and Computational Intelligence (BDCI 2022) was held online successfully during Sep. 28-30 as a workshop of WSSE for continuing impact of COVID 19. It is organized by Huaqiao University, co-sponsored by Wuhan University, University of Houston-Downtown, Science and Engineering Institute and technical supported by University of North Dakota, etc.
Accepted, registered and presented papers have been published in the ACM Conference Proceedings with ISBN 978-1-4503-9695-0.

We received more than 80 submissions around the world, after several rounds of review, there are about 30 submissions accepted for presentation by the conferences. The topics are including Computer Simulation and Human-Computer Interaction, Software and System Design, Knowledge Management and Digital Applications and Educational Methods and Management.
This year, The conference chair Prof. Jin Gou from Huaqiao University made the opening remarks. And Prof. Hui Tian chaired the morning keynote speeches.
