3rd International Conference on Big Data and Computational Intelligence
(BDCI 2023) was held in Tokyo, Japan on September 22-24,
2023 as a workshop of WSSE. It is organized by Science and Engineering
Institute, co-sponsored by Wuhan University, University of Houston-Downtown,
Huaqiao University and technical supported by University of North Dakota, etc.

We received more than 120 submissions around the world, after several rounds of review, there are about 60 submissions accepted for presentation by the conferences. The topics are including software and application design, digital image analysis and processing technology, intelligent robot and model analysis, advanced education theory and teaching management, hybrid learning mode and learning method, software analysis, testing and development, AI -based image analysis and information management, AI -based intelligent education system design and education services.
This year, the conference chair Prof. Shaoying Liu from Hiroshima Univesrity, Japan made the opening remarks. And Prof. Masateru Tsunoda from Kindai University, Japan delivered program address.
The conference invited three keynote speakers, they are Prof. Minghua Chen from City University of Hong Kong, China, Prof. Witold Pedrycz from University of Alberta, Canada and Prof. Shaoying Liu from Hiroshima Univesrity, Japan.
One best presentation will be selected from each session, evaluated from: originality; applicability; technical merit; qualities of PPT; English. The best one will be announced at the end of each Session. They are:
